秘書處任務
 

臺灣腦刺激學會（Taiwanese Society for Brain Stimulation, TsBS or TBS）秘書處主要負責推動學會行政運作與學術發展等核心任務，我們期待建立多專科跨域合作的平台，促進國內腦刺激相關領域的臨床治療、基礎研究與業界的相互交流。

秘書處主要負責會務行政、會員管理、學術活動籌辦、國際合作推動以及對外公關與資訊整合工作。行政層面，秘書處將協助理監事會執行決策，維持組織運作之穩定與透明；於學術發展方面，負責籌辦年度春季與冬季學術研討會、臨床工作坊、青年研究者論壇及國際講座；於教育訓練部分，將協助推動教育訓練與臨床實務整合，包含重複經顱磁刺激（rTMS）、經顱直流電刺激（tDCS）、光生物調控（tPBM）等新興技術的臨床應用與研究發展。

此外，秘書處亦會持續輔佐理監事會之決策，推進與國內外相關學會與研究機構的交流合作，促成國際學術網絡的建立，並協助發展符合倫理與法規之研究規範，以提升台灣在全球腦刺激領域的能見度與影響力。

六大核心委員會

六大TsBS核心委員會

為促進學會專業分工與跨域協作的效率，臺灣腦刺激學會設立六個常設子委員會，涵蓋學術研究、國際交流、教育訓練、獎項評審、產學合作及政策推廣等面向。各委員會由理監事與國內（外）專家學者組成，依據任務屬性推動學術與臨床整合，強化國內外網絡連結，共同推動腦刺激技術在精神醫學與神經復健領域的永續發展。
 

1. 學術與研究委員會 (Committee on Scientific Programs & Research)
負責規劃年會、研討會與主題審查，建立學術合作平台，推動臨床與基礎研究整合。
Responsible for planning annual meetings, scientific symposia, and abstract reviews, fostering academic collaboration and advancing integration between clinical and basic neuroscience research.

2. 國際事務委員會 (Committee on International Affairs & Partnerships)
專責建立國際聯繫網，參與全球性組織，促進跨國合作與學術交流。
Dedicated to building international partnerships, engaging with global societies, and promoting cross-border academic and clinical collaboration.

3. 教育與訓練委員會 (Committee on Education & Training)
設計臨床與研究人員訓練課程，推動臨床共識與政策宣導，提升公眾與專業認知。
Designs educational curricula for clinicians and researchers, promotes standardized training and TFDA compliance, and enhances professional and public awareness.

4. 獎項與評審委員會 (Committee on Awards & Review)
負責學術與臨床獎項評審，鼓勵優秀研究成果發表與出版。
Oversees evaluation of scientific and clinical awards, supports publication efforts, and recognizes outstanding contributions in brain stimulation research.

5. 產學合作與轉譯委員會 (Committee on Industry Collaboration & Translation)
推動與產業界、AI與工程領域合作，建立臨床研究基地與跨域交流平台。
Facilitates collaborations with industry, AI, and engineering sectors to accelerate translational research and establish collaborative innovation hubs.​​​​​​​

發展會員制度，推動TFDA認證與政策倡議，強化社會宣導與媒體合作。
Develops membership programs, advocates for TFDA accreditation and health policy engagement, and enhances public outreach through media partnerships.​​​​​​​
